How to exchange/return?

At P&R, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We do our best to provide accurate images and descriptions online. If for any reason you are not happy, you are welcome to exchange your item(s).

In case of exchange due to size, we can exchange the product with preferred size. For any reason, you’re unsure to keep the product you purchased feel free to get in touch with our team at theprlabel@gmail.com we will be happy to offer other alternative product you can exchange with.

Please note any product will be eligible of exchange if we’re notified within 02 days of receiving your package.

In case of exchange, reverse paid shipping can be arranged by us or you can send the product back to our warehouse to examine & allow 24-48 hours to get back to you.

Please note: There is no refund for sale items unless deemed defective. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.

We have very high standards for our quality control and all our products are handmade and distributed from our head office. All goods are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you do receive faulty products please notify us within 2 days of receiving your product at theprlabel@gmail.com & our team will get in touch within 24-48 hours. If possible we will firstly repair or replace faulty items, otherwise, a full refund will be provided. items damaged from wear and tear will not be considered faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping of faulty items will be refunded only to the value of shipping charges originally paid.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* Custom products are not eligible for return/exchange/refund.
* We do not refund shipping costs for products returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment.
* All shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.
* Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe, documented, and signed delivery.
* P&R will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.

* Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.prthelabel.com
