How to exchange/return?
At P&R, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We do our best to provide accurate images and descriptions online. If for any reason you are not happy, you are welcome to exchange your item(s).
In case of exchange due to size, we can exchange the product with preferred size. For any reason, you’re unsure to keep the product you purchased feel free to get in touch with our team at email@example.com we will be happy to offer other alternative product you can exchange with.
Our designs are made to order, they have been cut and made just for you from limited edition fabric and are therefore non-returnable. We however are flexible when it comes to exchange the product in case of size disparity. (Paid shipping)
Incase you are not at all sure about keeping the product because of pattern/color or any other issue get in touch with us within 48 hours of you receiving the package at firstname.lastname@example.org
Designs on sale/discount are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
Custom products will be only on prepaid basis and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
In case of exchange, reverse paid shipping can be arranged by us or you can send the product back to our warehouse to examine & allow 24-48 hours to get back to you.

Please note: There is no refund for sale items unless deemed defective. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.
We have very high standards for our quality control and all our products are handmade and distributed from our head office. All goods are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you do receive faulty products please notify us within 2 days of receiving your product at email@example.com & our team will get in touch within 24-48 hours. If possible we will firstly repair or replace faulty items, otherwise, a full refund will be provided. items damaged from wear and tear will not be considered faulty.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping of faulty items will be refunded only to the value of shipping charges originally paid.
* Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
* Custom products are not eligible for return/exchange/refund.
* We do not refund shipping costs for products returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment.
* All shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.
* Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe, documented, and signed delivery.
* P&R will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
* Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.prthelabel.com
* We don't hold any responsibility for any return shipment (arranged by us or directly sent to us) We hold the right to deny the return/exchange if the product is not ours providing correct evidence & verification which will be shared with customers, logistics and everyone involved.
